If you need a return a gem to us during the inspection period, simply email your request to info@dynamictradingsco.com you wish to return. We’ll check your order and send you a specific return instructions.
We currently offer a 7 day inspection period (counting from the day you receive your shipment), so you have plenty of time to evaluate your purchase. If you decide to return a gem to us, be sure to contact us for a return authorization before your 7 day inspection period ends. Please note that gems need not be returned to us within the 7 days; but the return authorization must be obtained before the 7 day period ends. We issue refunds using the same payment method as your original transaction.
